Joanne Intravaia. 63, of Lake Placid went to be with her Lord on Wednesday evening January 2, 2013 at Tampa General Hospital. She was born on June 26, 1949 in Staten Island, NY to parents Josephine (Scarlotta) and Sylvio Capabianco. Joanne moved to Lake Placid in 2000 from Long Island, a retired hair dresser and she was of the Catholic Faith attending St. James Catholic Church in Lake Placid. Mrs. Intravaia enjoyed a good laugh, cooking, baking, movies, going to the theater and vacationing. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Joanne is preceded in death by her loving son Scott Meade and is survived by her loving husband who she married December 6, 1986, Guy; daughters, Tracy and Kim Meade; step-sons, Joseph and Michael Intravaia and grandchildren, Ashley, Michael Scott, Alyssa, and Michael Intravaia. A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Joanne’s life will be held 11:00 AM Saturday January 18, 2012 at the St. James Catholic Church 3880 Placid View Drive, Lake Placid with Ft.
