Condolence From: Barb Downey
Condolence: I was so blessed to become a part of the Downey family through marriage, Mike and Nola were such gracious, generous hosts for family events, including the annual 4th of July party. Nola made the best potato salad ever! And what a treat to visit them in Florida! Such great memories! I am praising God for the joys of this family.
We pray for comfort now for Mike and his boys/wives and for all those who loved Nola. We praise you, Lord, for the promise of eternal life and the hope of seeing our loved ones again. Surround us all with Your love and peace. 🙏❤️

Condolence From: Little Susie
Condolence: Aunt Nola will be deeply missed and I will always cherish my memories of her. Nola was a classy lady always dressed beautifully and always had her nails painted with a beautiful design on the nails of her ring fingers.

I will also remember the days Nola picked me and mom up every Tuesday evening to play bingo at the Col. The bingo Christmas gift exchange she hosted where she gave me a beautiful diamond cz heart necklace which I lost years ago, and a jewelry box which I still have today.

The bridal and baby showers Nola had hosted for Donyell and Erica, shopping for party accories at party city, and all of the family reunions Uncle Mike and Aunt Nola hosted every Labor Day. They always showed great hospitality and their parties were always fun!

Hugs to All!
Love little Susie
