Obituary for Lorraine Eichhorn

Lorraine Eichhorn, 59, of Lake Placid went to be with her Lord on Wednesday afternoon April 26, 2017 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Sebring. Lorraine was the daughter of George and Georgina Eichhorn who was born in Hialeah, FL on November 18, 1957. Lorraine moved to Lake Placid in 1972 and served her country with honors in the US Army. After serving in the Army, Lorraine worked for several companies. Her passion for food and cooking led her to a career as a general manager at a restaurant in California. Lorraine enjoyed motorcycles, cooking and quite times with her cat “Bubbles” and loved spending time with her family and friends. Lorraine never knew a stranger and she will be greatly missed. Lorraine leaves behind her loving mother, Georgina, nephew, Cory Cole and many extended family members. It was Lorraine’s wishes for a private service for her family to celebrate her life.
